Deep Recovery Self Massage Tools Reviews

We've been so fortunate to receive rave reviews from many Deep Recovery customers including some who've said things like "a godsend", "worth its weight in gold",  and "the answer to my prayers." Here are some of the people who love their Deep Recovery tools:

I bought the Body Track and Massage Ball sets, and I LOVE these products. Two years ago, I was having significant sciatica pain, and sought out the services of a reputable Deep Tissue Massage therapist. She fixed my problem in weeks, primarily by focusing on Deep Tissue Massage of my glutes. I see this therapist every week, but she did suggest ball therapy in between sessions. But until now, I did not find that convenient. With this Deep Recovery product, I put the lacrosse balls in the outer tracks, then sit on the Body Track, putting pressure on my glutes. Oh Boy, does that feel good. As recommended, I do hold my position for several seconds , e.g. 10-15, then roll around a bit to locate another spot nearby. Recently I have started lifting weights, and I find my shoulders and back get tight within a day or two of the exercise. To fix this, I put the balls on the inner tracks, lie back on the tracks, and start with the shoulders. With the balls at the shoulders, it helps to raise your arms over your head, while lying flat, to allow the balls to put the appropriate pressure on the shoulders. I then work my way down my back, as I feel necessary, holding still in each position. This really loosens up my shoulders and back amazingly well. Since I have two years experience with weekly deep tissue massage, the hard Lacrosse balls that I bought work very well. Newcomers to deep tissue massage might want to start with softer balls. I showed this set to my massage therapist, and she loved it as well! As you can imagine, she gets tight herself due to her profession, and she has trouble finding another therapist that can give her the deep, deep tissue massage that she needs. Within just a few minutes, she had loosened her glutes, neck, and back enough to prepare her for her pilates class. I can't say enough good things about this product for those who appreciate deep tissue massage.

These things are amazing!

My passion is running and my other passion is physical therapy and the human body. Previously for my own self-care, I used a lot of baseballs and lacrosse balls on the floor and golf balls to try to do tissue work on myself but Deep Recovery has changed that a good bit because it makes it a lot easier to do something similar but in a very specific and more effective way. Putting the balls on the track keeps them from rolling away and allows you to provide different angles of pressure simultaneously. I do recommend it to my patients, especially those who need deep tissue work and some ongoing soft tissue mobilization. The Massage Track is different from a lot of self-massage tools I've used before. It's simple, portable, and easy-to-use. Personally I find the Massage Track most useful on my lower legs. I find with running my calves and lower legs gets very tight and require a lot of extra attention. I also like it for the lower and upper back. The videos help show how to work through the tissue methodically. Rather than just rolling around, you hold a location for a certain period of time which is pressure-point release. When I use my hands in the clinic, I do something similar. This is a way for you to do that on your own. I use the tools as frequently as possible. If it were up to me, I do it every day. Sometimes it's only a few minutes a day but usually I can find something I need to work through.

I'm hoping to be a professional musician after I graduate from CU and I love to play in orchestra and chamber music and teach violin. I started playing violin in third grade when I was 7 at my public elementary school. I just joined the orchestra program there and I played piano for a couple years before that. I discovered the Deep Recovery tools about a year after my initial injury after I heard about them from another musician, a cellist, and they helped me to realize that I still needed to do some myofascial release in my larger and smaller muscle groups. Those helped me to discover what my body needed and also gave me the tools to do that at home. I actually use the mini foam roller a lot. It really helps me release a lot of my shoulder blade and pectoral muscle areas which are hard to reach by yourself and put enough pressure on them to really release them. I also like using the Body Track a lot on my forearms. The Deep Recovery tools have helped me a lot with just everyday maintenance with my body, without having to go in for huge medical appointments constantly but rather just being able to keep myself in check at home in between my busy schedule at school and practicing.

I've been practicing yoga for over 15 years and been teaching it for a little over five years. I love being in the outdoors. I'm an avid rock climber and trail runner, love hiking, doing 14 hours backpacking. It’s great to be out in the country and I also enjoy riding a road bike. I just enjoy being active and enjoy using the Deep Recovery balls for a variety of reasons. I like the versatility of the balls that Deep Recovery has, the multiple sizes, the different densities in the balls and this gives someone an opportunity to play with something that works for them based on how soft or how firm they want the ball to be. I use massage balls while practicing yoga and if I'm taking a class, I use them to help bring deeper releases into my shoulders, my lower back, my piriformis after riding the bike or hiking. I'm naturally hyper mobile and rock climbing has provided a balance of strength. I'm bringing more muscle into my body so I find this balance a lot more stable in my body. After coming back from a road trip, for example, I'll put the massage balls behind my shoulders or my lower back as I'm driving. It's a little secret that I have and if I'm at a campsite, I roll out my mat or just bring a ball underneath my back, sometimes onto my quadriceps. I use it in practice but also at home instead of getting out a huge foam roller just for different purposes.

I actually think both are great. When I want to hone in on very specific target areas, I prefer using the massage ball. Yoga is a beautiful practice. It's taught me a lot and I love the duality of the practice. This dynamic aspect of strength but also finding more serenity and being able to surrender. I mean that harmony between the masculine and feminine energies, allowing for myself to build a lot of strength physically but also mentally, emotionally as well. And then also really giving myself permission to soften to surrender and acknowledge that not all the postures are going to be super accessible on any given day.

I've been doing massage therapy since 2003 so that gives me almost 14 years of experience and then I became a licensed medical professional in 2007. I've been using the Deep Recovery tools for four years and what do I like about them? I like that I don't have to pay a hundred dollars a session to use them that's one. I know that I'm going to get the release I need, where I need it, and that there's no time limit. So if I need to sit on something for a while for it to let out and then move forward and sit there for a while and let that out, I don't have to wonder time is ticking away and my money is going down the drain and I'm not getting what I need. I know I'm getting what I need and when I do my recovery practice, sometimes I'll be with that whole system two hours just doing it, laying on it, breathing, relaxing. I have to say that sometimes I'm sore after I go through a deep recovery but with regular practice, I'm not sore so I really love it. I'm really glad to have it. I do experience regular pain in my hands and arms, in my shoulders, in my neck and my back because manual therapy practice is a full-body job. I do get manual massage at least once a month. Twice a month is optimal but I do find besides the lifestyle habits, the Deep Recovery tools are excellent for that. They helped me to get to a point where I'm not suffering from pain and it helps to facilitate the recovery when I'm doing asana or yoga practice that really helps me a lot. You can't stretch a tight muscle. You actually really have to release it and I just think that the Deep Recovery tools are excellent for that.

I love the four inch balls and was so grateful when I got them. I love these I really do. One of the things I like about them is I can just take them to the gym. Foam rollers are okay but they don't get those really specific parts and it's a lot to take my Body Track everywhere and I don't always get the amount of space covered that I'd like to have covered with the smaller balls. The 4 inch set is perfect so I take it with me to the gym and after training ,then I'll use this almost everywhere. I almost use it like a foam roller when I'm using this and I have to say maybe this is inappropriate, but I put it in bed with me. I don't get the deep tissue relief like I would with a trigger point but I get the facial opening by resting on it and I don't have to worry about I'm spending three hours rolling my body out. I just switch it while I'm resting in bed, move it around. They have kept me out of hip pain and low back pain a lot. Before I had these, I was really struggling with low back and hip pain. It was a chronic thing that I have to mitigate all the time, sometimes taking ibuprofen that I wouldn't want to take, just so that I can work. I can release with these at night after working a long day since simetimes I don't have the strength to really roll out because I've worked seven hours of manual labor. I can just rest on these. It releases, in specific the TFL tensor fasciae latae muscle, that goes into the lateral IT band. That changed my life and it has really decreased my hip pain which decreases my back pain and I just am so grateful.

I've been working out pretty consistently for about 25 years now. My neck and my back are where most of my problems are. Mostly my back where I have bulging discs that happen so if I move too quickly, rotate the wrong way, or have poor form when lifting, I end up with a bulging disc. I really needed to get my spine and back aligned so I go to frequent checkups trying to get it to be straight so that I can be active the way I really want to be.

I use the Deep Recovery tools just about every night and do all the positions for about 15 minutes. I primarily use the track on my back and then the ones right on my neck. What’s been remarkable to see is that I’ve been able to get rid of a couple of resources that I have had to use for years. One is a chiropractor. Not that I will never use one again but I don’t have to do regular monthly adjustments anymore and don’t have to go to a massage therapist twice a month which is what I used to do. I don’t think I have been to a chiropractor one in over a year since I've started using the Deep Recovery tools. I am able to stay in shape and get my back aligned just by using them. I’m really getting into the pain points and able to focus on those pain areas as opposed to going to a massage where 90% of the massage is all over the place and 10% is focused on the area you need. Deep Recovery is all about spot pressure and being able to focus in and getting recovery where I need it. My favorite is the Neck Track. At first it gets really into the knots and I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders. It makes me relax and melt away the stress and I fall asleep. That’s my absolute favorite when the pain is so good I fall asleep!

I had back surgery about 15 years ago so chronic pain is something I have dealt with for a very long time. I’m always looking for ways to take care of myself better and this translates into how I can help my patients take care of themselves better. The Deep Recovery tools are very very helpful in relieving a lot of muscular tightness and pain. I recommend them often to my patients because it provides economical solutions for patients to treat their own pain and they stay better longer and they get better faster and the immediacy of the treatment is also really helpful. It also reduces the visits to doctors like myself because they can relieve their own pain and if not relieving also control their conditions much better.

Often times my patients come to me and they’re on prescription medication for their conditions and I often tell my patients as well as my students that the simplest solution is often the best one. Uing something as simple as a ball is really helpful in loosening chronically tight muscles that can be contributing to their painful condition.

I integrate the Deep Recovery tools into the home care programs for my patients. I highly recommend that they use them on all the tight areas of their bodies but particularly the areas that obviously contribute to their condition. The Body Track tools are much more specific than a foam roller or even another device that I recommend called the stick so I prefer it because again it’s much more specific to particular points as well as anatomical or muscular structures. The massage balls also come in different densities so it can basically work with people’s tolerances for the amount of pressure that they need.

The Neck Track has been saving my inner hamstrings as I'm starting to train for a half ironman. I've been using it every night.

I'm so thankful!! It works so well. Nothing else can get to the really deep interior hamstrings. Most massage therapists can't muscle in to where the problem area is for me. And even if they could, it would be very expensive because I often sit there for a very long time!

I just got both the Body Track and Neck Track to help with my chronic back, neck, and head pain. They seem to be helping thus far.

I'm only 3 days in, but already seeing some tremendous results: a significant decrease in pain, and the fatigue I was suffering from is pretty much gone. If only one of the many doctors and therapists I've seen over the years had pointed me to something like this...

I want to say again that I am so happy that you created these tools (both the body and neck tracks), and that I was able to find them. They have been helping and continue to help me tremendously. They have a big positive impact on my daily life, and they are the first outlook I've had in many years to actually beat my chronic pain issues that seem to have stumped the doctors. The great strength of the body and neck tracks is the positioning and structure for the massage that you get out of them.

Finally, I would like to share of couple of things from my experiences with your products, that may help you in product development and/or instructions:
* One trick I discovered with the body track that has been really beneficial for me for the back massage: I go from bottom to top, and follow all the positions that you show in the instructional video. But I have added one additional position for the first 10cm or so: have the upper arms point sideways and the lower arms point upward (like so). I feel like this is really helping with my shoulder muscles and the areas around the upper shoulder blades. These are most beneficial for me in tracks two and three (the mid and outer tracks).
* For the neck track it has been tricky for me to find the right height of the track (to put a book under it or not), and to find the right size of massage balls. I actually keep experimenting with it. By now, I think I should not increase the height for the positions where I lie on my back, but should increase it when lying on the side. And I think the lacrosse balls are right for me, but I'm not entirely sure, I should try the large (grey) ones again. In terms of messaging, it might(?) make sense to call out the two scenarios - back and side - and suggest that you may need different height depending on build.
* Related to this point: I saw some of the Amazon review mentioned the balls did not stay in place. I have had this issue myself in some cases, and suspect this comes to inappropriate height (I was placing a book under the neck track, while I should not have).

These deceptively simple healing tools (Body Track, Neck Track and four sets of massage balls) are incredibly versatile and awesomely effective, when used with the 'hold position for at least 12 seconds' rule. I can't thank you enough for developing it. I've had a painful damaged lung since childhood and consequent tension and structural imbalances leading to chest and shoulder problems and medial cartilage damage in one knee, with chronic groin and hamstring tension. Having previously done a series of paid Feldenkrais and Rolfing sessions, which were very valuable, and done much emotional healing, I was still left with some tensions it seemed impossible to relax.

For a very reasonable cost (including postage to Australia) the Deep Recovery set has allowed me to thoroughly work my fascia and muscles for 2-4 hours every 3 days for the past 3 weeks. And I can really feel and see the difference in my capacity to stand straight in a relaxed, balanced way. I can feel so clearly now how every point of tension pulls on every other part of my body, and how being slow and thorough working along related muscle areas is so effective.

Thanks so much for all your work on this and your commitment to quality and manageable costs for people's healing.

I have struggled now with a bulging disc for a year now and the Body Track combined with your massage ball set have been life saving and changing as I continue to heal. I also love your follow up emails and in one of them, you shared information that so let me know I’m not alone. I’ve overcome losing an entire person (146 lbs) and been chosen as the 2015 “Be Well Philly Magazine” most inspirational story. After never being active for five years now, I’m a runner, lift weights, a spin instruction, and the list goes on and on and am 51 but living life to the fullest. This injury on some days the pain is so crazy I get depressed or such an awful feeling but you confirmed for me that I must keep a positive mindset and that’s what has been keeping me going!

Thank you Eric for your gift to all of us - the healthy, the hurting, the injured - and aspiring us to move through and beyond pain and simple tension. The Deep Recovery tools call me to the floor every morning, and is a jump-start to beginning my day with much less pain and more comfort.  It has become my friend in healing.  Thanks again!  I have all my Deep Recovery balls, track, Neck Track equipment on its own shelf - next to my floor mat.  I hope you find success with your creativity and concern for people.

First of all your detailed descriptions/video’s and emphasis on holding it for at least 12 seconds is still the best advice I have picked up for working out the knots and has made a big difference.

Secondly the neck track saved me a Chiropractor visit the first time I used it which paid for about 1/3 of the whole system.  It loosened my neck up enough to pop back into place.  I have also been using it for very specific triceps work.  The two balls allow me to work a couple area’s at a time.  It has really helped my range of motion as well as alleviating the stiffness and soreness in the triceps.  I am hoping that will eventually mean an increase in strength and endurance as well.

I attended the World Powerlifting Meet this past November in New Jersey and am so glad I had my Deep Recovery tools with me.  I had a rough start in the curl because they were judging it a lot harder from the qualifying meets.  But I won my weight class as well as the best lifter award for the power curl so it turned out well. I also won the bench for reps with 26 at 165lbs.  Not as good as I had hoped for but again much stricter judging so I had to go a lot slower.

I was pretty stressed out and my head was not feeling well at all probably for both the stress and having to make weight.  So I pulled out the Neck Track and used that for about 10 minutes between events and after I was done.  It worked well and by the time I got home it was much better!

One of the guys that lifts with me had a lot of pain in his back the other day and I had him use the Deep Recovery tools before we lifted on the specific spot.  He said it gave him instant relief and he lifted well.  I told him with the amount he spends on a masseuse he could buy the massage track and save himself a lot of money.

I’ve been using the whole body kit in many different ways. I am loving my Deep Recovery tools and so are my students and clients as I teach meditation and yoga.  It’s wonderful and it's great for neck, upper back,  and shoulder pain relief. I'm still figuring out how best to use all the different size and density of the balls.

What a great tool you have created!

I just wanted to say thank you for making a product (and a video) that's getting me through some debilitating hand pain. I'm a writer by trade and I play the piano, and I wasn't able to do either without hurting myself for the last two months, due to pain in the index fingers of both hands. Anyway, I saw your video called "Massage Your Own Hands & Forearms," and that was the one thing that brought pretty instant relief. I tried everything from ice baths to acupuncture to seeing a hand surgeon, and I was grateful for your video. I then ordered Deep Recovery, and that has been helping even more. So thank you for getting me back to the computer and the keyboard with significantly less pain. I am recommending your product to everyone, so hopefully more people will be ordering!

I want to thank you so much for your marvelous Deep Recovery products. In just about a months time I have been able to have a 95-99% pain reduction in my back and shoulder! I never thought it was possible. And it costs about the price of one deep tissue massage.

I definitely want to give this product as a gift to my grown son. He played football and soccer his whole life through college, still works out, and of course has muscle pain so I know this would help him too. I want to give one to my younger sister too. She and her two teenage daughters play volleyball competitively and could all benefit form your invention. I am just so jazzed.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I was in so much pain that sometimes I couldn't even think. I am amazed and grateful. I have already passed this info on to some friends and put a couple of 5 star reviews on Amazon for you.

. . .We’ve treated a lot of people with Plantar Fasciitis and have to be honest, some of them just don’t get better. However, the Body Track can be used for trigger point therapy on a number of parts of the body and has really helped with Plantar Fasciitis. . . The Deep Recovery massage balls are firmer than tennis balls and specially designed . . . The Deep Recovery tools really get in there, breaking apart some of the scar tissue, loosening things up. . . This trigger point therapy is great for all over your body, not just the calves and foot. You can also lay the balls on the track and use them in as a cross fiber massage which also works out very well.

A lot of people may be thinking - can't you just use a couple of balls to get the same effect? You can try it, but we have to be honest, the Deep Recovery tools make it a lot better. The balls don’t roll away from you and are kept in line. It can also be placed under your desk so that before you get up, you can roll your foot to take away the pain...

The Deep Recovery kit is in a class of its own! Having owned nearly every available self-massage tool, including pneumatic compression boots, nothing has been as effective or all encompassing as this kit.

My story: former pro triathlete, now ultra-endurance athlete, and am no stranger to the massage table. Nightly self-massage / stretching routines are the regular.

Foam rolling used to be my go-to self-massage technique.  Then I found Deep Recovery.  The track keeps the balls in place so that you can put as much body weight onto the desired area. With the balls in a track, I can make minor adjustments until whatever issue has released. Having four different ball densities is great, as some areas are more or less tender than others, so having options is nice.

Best of all, I was able to target deep tissue issues in my hamstring using the neck track, plus a few yoga blocks. If you've ever tried to dig into your hamstring, you'll know that's only been possible with an elbow from a PT or massage therapist.

It hurts to start, but it's truly unlike any massage tool I've used previously...

I have been using the Deep Recovery tools all week to reduce pain in my right upper back and shoulder area and also in my right hip and lower back area.  feel confident that if I can get myself into the habit of using my Deep Recovery tools daily, and if I can train myself to become proficient in using it, that it really will make a difference in my overall performance, recovery, and general well-being.

As a constant sufferer of tight and achy muscles, this product could potentially be the best thing that’s happened to me. I never liked the foam roller I used to own; I was never able to master control over it and figure out how to use it in a way that felt like I was getting results. But with my Deep Recovery tools, I can easily position any achy part of my body directly over the massage balls – held securely in place by the body track – and apply exactly the amount of pressure that’s needed; it allows for a preciseness that’s lacking in foam rollers and running sticks. I do believe that this product will absolutely benefit anyone who, as the website states, wishes to “get great relief from generic aches and pains, treat repetitive strain injury, and accelerate workout recovery."

My full time job is personalizing training and meal/nutrition programs to the individual. Being able to adjust, adapt, and set certain things to the individual is a very big deal for me. As a coach and athlete, the design of Deep Recovery allows for so many options and can customize recovery. Older clients to professional athletes, injuries to rehabilitation post-training, you can do it all with the Massage Track!

If you are pregnant this is heaven-sent!! My Deep Recovery kit arrived in my 7th month of pregnancy and I wish I had had this months ago. Even so, I have taken advantage of it daily and plan to continue through these last couple of months of maternity, on into motherhood, and as I get back into heavier training after some time. Deep Recovery is "perfectly painful" when and where I need it the most and can be as gentle and relaxing as I need it to be with few adjustments as I keep my lymphatic system moving.

Repetitive strain can be a big deal as it can slow recovery from training. With Deep Recovery you can accelerate the process and heal muscle strain at home without the cost of a massage therapist. Use it daily to stay pain-free and maintain healthy muscle fiber and tissue as recovery is key. If you're suffering with injuries, Deep Recovery is perfect!

My neck, it always hurts. Mostly because I love to look at my babies when I breastfeed, my posture isn’t great, I’m sleep-deprived, and sometimes stressed. I hold all of that – all of the tension – in my neck.  I’ve tried all types of things: foam rolling, stretching, other devices, massage. Nothing works consistently and I can’t afford a massage on a daily basis.

Then I started using Deep Recovery and I’m fairly certain I’ve found something that will ease the tension in my neck. I’ve tried the Whole Body Kit but my favorite is the Neck Track. I love that I can customize how I use the Neck Track. We all need need different amounts of pressure, different pressures in different places and at different times — and that’s exactly what you can do with this tool.  I’m already seeing the benefits so I can only imagine how much better I’d feel with every day use.  Yes, I’ll still go to the chiropractor and I’ll still get a massage, but I don’t need to go as often (and that’s a good thing). Deep Recovery has really changed how I think about at-home massage/stretching. Truly, I can’t say enough good things about Deep Recovery! And I think you’ll agree.

I've been using Deep Recovery nightly for my hips and tendonitis in my achilles and foot.....all I can say is that I'm feeling significant changes. It's truly all about the track - the way it stabilizes the balls and allows my body to sink in. I tried everything from rest to massage to massage tools to ice, heat and castor oil packs. Temporary relief was not the issue, it was long term relief I was seeking, something I had not yet experienced. Until now….

It’s been just over one week of using my Deep Recovery tools on my foot and lower leg targeting relief of the plaguing inflammation. With the use of MT, I believe that full recovery is within reach. I used it every night for the first five nights and now I’m using it every other day for less than 10 minutes at a time. It has already made such a major difference in the way I feel and in the way I am able to train.

An informed Orthopedic and Sports massage therapist for many years, I know lots of techniques to heal the body. I understand anatomy and the physiology of injury. I was keeping my injury at bay but there was something missing, there were angles I was not able to fully get in and depth I was unable to achieve but now, I have turned a corner and it has everything to do with the “track”. The ability to have the balls anchored in the tracks allows for a sinking in that I have never experienced elsewhere, not even with the strongest of fists.

I highly recommend this product for all athletes and anyone who is dealing with any type of chronic discomfort. We do not have to live in pain and Deep Recovery is a definite way to find freedom again!

My Deep Recovery kit arrived yesterday. Perfect timing! I went on a long bike ride and when I got home it was on my doorstep so I put it to instant use! I had back surgery 8 months ago and trigger point therapy helps me a lot. The massage balls are nice and firm and nothing was damaged or defective! Thanks a lot. I loooooove these new ones! I just returned a couple of "knotty body" massage balls because I flattened them & they cracked in the 1st 5 minutes of using them. Excellent purchase! Thanks again!

My Deep Recovery tools are definitely better and easier to use than the Thera Cane, lacrosse balls by themselves, and it’s more effective than just the foam roller. I am a strength and conditioning coach and an athlete myself who definitely recommends this product. In just a few minutes you can get relief in your soft tissues which will help you feel and perform better!

The massage balls are used by my husband and me. At the beginning we watched the instructional videos, which we found very helpful. We do not use the massage balls on a regular basis, more when it is necessary. We both have problems with the neck or the back every once in a while. We find the massage balls very helpful, after some days of massage the problem is nearly gone. Before we got Deep Recovery, we used just tennis balls but they are difficult to get to the right spot. That has now changed. So thanks again for coming up with this idea!

I have been using the Neck Track and the massage balls and have had great success. These tools will be part of my daily routine for the rest of my life. I do not put them away and they are a fixture on my living room floor. I've been able to release deep knots in my neck using the Neck Track that I haven't been able to get at otherwise. The videos have been very helpful and I appreciate the quality of the tools. Showed them and the videos to my chiropractor and he was impressed.

My Deep Recovery tools are great and are my lifeline. I am now traveling in Ecuador and brought it along so I can keep up my work with my back and IT band. Slowly that darned IT band is getting better with the help of Deep Recovery. When I forget to use the Body Track for my back, my shoulder gets out of whack because my back is too tight. This is all pretty important stuff for a triathlete! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!

Using Deep Recovery allows me to combine some of my favorite modalities: yoga, massage and acupressure. By focusing the breath into a specific area I can use the massage balls to work range of motion and relax the muscles at the same time. The Neck & Body Track help me access tight spots in hard to reach places which usually only a therapist can get. These tools also combines well with other equipment like therapy bands, kettle bells & stall bars.

I use these tools just about every day.  They have done wonders for my bad back and really help relax me and take the stress away!  I find that they really are beneficial when you can use your body weight to dig deep.  The back, feet, butt and quads are my favorites.  I've worked my way up from the softest ball set to the hardest in no time.

And a huge thanks for the video on how to massage the forearms/hands.  I was struck with a bad case of cumulative trauma syndrome in my wrist after using lots of power tools out in the cold all day for a couple months.  The ache was awful.  The video helped a lot more than any doctor. I had to self diagnose btw. Unbelievable.

Thanks again for creating a wonderful product 🙂

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She was in a serious accident. A cement mixer flipped in the air, landed on top of her car and pushed her across three lanes of traffic Into a light pole. The paramedics that arrived thought they had a death on their hands. Once they cut the door off, they found my wife alive. Thank GOD. She broke her neck, clavicle, had her shoulder totally destroyed, and numerous other broken bones.

After numerous surgeries, she was trying desperately to get help with the pain. She tried tens units, heat waves, etc. This little product, is so simple, yet so effective. She uses it daily for at least 10 minutes. She is finally getting relief from her cramped and seized muscles. This product is a GOD send.

I have spinal stenosis pretty severely and have since I was about 35 (am 45 now). I've had 5 back surgeries and am waiting to see the head neurosurgeon to discuss the possibility of surgery #6. Two of my surgeries have been fusions, L4-5 & L5 S1. So all of my lower back. The Neck and Body Track have played a big role in alleviating pain and helping me not to require as much pain medicine. I am amazed at how much relief I am getting! Also, unlike the foam rollers, I have more targeted control of where exactly I hurt! That is a good feeling, so thank you!!

Hi Eric, Maaan! This is the best thing ever! Thanks for this invention. I’m never going to be at a loss as to how I can get a deep tissue massage anymore as this thing replaces massage appointments, unavailability, variable quality/service. It’s so lightweight it goes with me everywhere I travel. I thank you so much!

The Deep Recovery tools changed the way I was doing deep tissue work on myself... what I like most is that it allows you to apply pressure from more than one angle simultaneously, which you can’t do on top of the ball by itself on the floor, because it will roll away.

I do recommend it to my patients, especially those who need some deep tissue work and ongoing soft tissue mobilization. The videos are extremely helpful – I think they’re great in encouraging not just rolling, but working methodically through tissues and holding an area for a length of time. That’s one of the most effective methods I’ve found clinically when I’m working on someone else. This is a way for you to do that at home.

The Deep Recovery tools precisely reduces pain in the specific area in trouble.  It’s more precise than a foam roller or most other devices – it allows for specific pressure on the part of my body that is hurting.

This tool will save you money over time, allowing you to correct issues when they arise – not when your therapist has time. I especially like the way I’m able to work the erector spinae group and the specificity that I get to change the exact area in trouble. Between the various devices I’m also able to find the right fit for my body. Depending on how hard I am using my body, I’ll be using the massage track tools from every day to weekly.

I like how the massage track allows me to really pinpoint problem areas. If it costs less than a trip to the massage therapist, it’s a great value. Recently, I had a really sore neck and the Neck Track allowed me to really work on those neck muscles.  Having it available when I needed was key to feeling better quicker!

To really do the kind of work I do, I probably need massage every day! I’ve been practicing massage for 10 years . . .

What I like about the Body Track is that it holds the balls and is bilateral. With Deep Recovery I can get a lot more therapy done on myself in a shorter amount of time – it works on both sides of the body in a symmetrical fashion, the balls are easily controlled so it prevents injury and also you can be very specific with where you want to employ certain therapies.

I love it I think it’s great. I like that it’s affordable because even a massage therapist does not have thousands of dollars to spend on massage!
