Refund policy

Some people get their Deep Recovery tools, roll on them once and immediately love them. Usually they have prior experience using lacrosse or tennis balls to fix their aches and pains.

For others, there’s a process of learning how to search for the tender spots and relieving tension with steady pressure. This involves some initial discomfort and investment of time but rewards you with greater flexibility, more freedom of movement, better performance, faster healing and fewer aches and pains.

The pain you feel when you roll, is giving you important feedback about your body’s condition and needs. We hope that the first time you feel your body relax onto a massage ball at a trouble spot and you feel the pain diminish, that you’ll be hooked on the process. If it’s not happening for you however, first please make sure to view our how-to videos and email us (support at deeprecovery.com) with any questions or difficulties.

All that said, here’s our official return policy:

• We accept returns for items that are still in their original unaltered condition within 45 days of purchase.
• Your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will include the purchase price only.
